The invention provides a novel titanium surface capable of promoting osseointegration and antibacterial ability. The novel titanium surface is prepared by precipitating nano-ion-form tantalum onto the surface, after acid etching abrasive blasting, of a titanium substrate, and the precipitated nano-ion-form tantalum is of a structure similar to coral.
