HLC-BMP fusion protein and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses an HLC-BMP fusion protein and a preparation method thereof. The gene sequence of the fusion protein consists of three parts in sequence: an HLC gene sequence, a flexible jointand a BMP gene sequence. The amino acid coding sequence of the flexible joint comprises (G)n or (GGGGS)n, wherein the n is 1-4. The HLC-BMP fusion protein of the invention first appears at home and abroad, and has the followadvantages: (1) the HLC-BMP fusion protein is a direct product, and can avoid the inactivation in the recombination process of BMP and a carrier; and (2) the release of the BMPcan be controlled by designing the coding sequence of the fusion protein so as to increase BMP utilization.
