Abstract
乳腺癌患者好发骨、肝和肺转移,预后往往较差.根据Paget提出的"种子与土壤"学说,不同的组织微环境对癌细胞存在不同的吸引.研究表明,髓源性抑制细胞(MDSCs)可提前在乳腺癌转移部位募集,并在乳腺癌细胞多个转移环节中发挥重要作用,其在乳腺癌原发灶之外促进癌细胞转移的作用日益受到重视.本文总结了 MDSCs的生物学特性、参与乳腺癌转移的多个环节,包括在外周循环、转移前微环境和转移灶中的促转移机制,以及靶向MDSCs治疗乳腺癌转移的研究进展.
