The invention relates to a hydraulic-pressure loading and sealing device for a pressure-bearing karst cave in a model test and a method. The hydraulic-pressure loading and sealing device comprises a hydraulic-pressure loading system, a hydraulic-pressure monitoring system, a vertical water injection pipeline, a vertical inflating pipeline, an inflatable film bag, an air-pressure loading device and a sealing-effect monitoring system. The hydraulic-pressure loading system provides pressure of supplied water of an external water source which is required by the karst cave in the model test; according to the vertical water injection pipeline, the side-by-side arrangement of a water passing channel for karst cave hydraulic-pressure loading and the vertical inflating pipeline is achieved, the inflating pipeline is connected with the high-strength film bag, and the expansion and seal of the film bag are achieved through the external air-pressure loading device; the portion, corresponding to the outer side of the vertical water injection pipeline, of the inflatable film bag is provided with a pressure sensor, and the inflatable film bag is in data connection with the external sealing-effect monitoring system, so that sealing is achieved and early warning is completed. According to the hydraulic-pressure loading and sealing device, after the expansion of the film bag is achieved through the air-pressure loading device, the problems of hydraulic-pressure loading and sealing of the karst cave are solved at one time, and a pressure-sensitive element is arranged between the film bag and the water injection pipeline, so that quantitative evaluation and early warning of a sealing effect are achieved.
