The invention relates to a tunnel bulk water inflow real-time automatic measuring device and a using method thereof. The device comprises a primary water catchment device, a secondary water catchment device, a water storage container, a magnetic drainage valve, a pressure sensor, a control unit, a current system, a storage unit and an LED display screen. Water catchment is conducted by the water catchment device, water is stored in the water storage container, and the pressure of the water is measured by the pressure sensor; the height of the water is calculated and multiplied by the bottom area of the water storage container, so that the volume of the water is determined; when the water inflow reaches a designed drainage threshold, the current direction of the current system is changed by the control unit, so that homopolar magnets repel each other, and the magnetic drainage valve is switched on to discharge the water; meanwhile, the storage unit records the time from the beginning of water storage to the ending of water discharge of each cycle and the water volume of the water storage container, and accordingly the real-time water inflow of the tunnel is obtained; the water inflow of the tunnel is displayed on the LED display screen in real time. After the drainage is completed, the pressure value reaches the threshold of 2, the current and the magnets restore original states, the drainage valve is switched off, and the measurement continues.
