A miniature full-section drilling arrangement device for a model experiment and an application thereof, comprising a track mechanism, a drilling mechanism, and a controller (8). The drilling mechanism is provided on the track mechanism and moves along the track mechanism; the drilling mechanism comprises an annular track part, a radial track part, a drill bit part, and a supporting part (7); two ends of the radial track part are positioned on the annular track part and can rotate along the annular track part in a circumferential direction; the drill bit part is provided on the radial track part and moves along the radial track part in a straight line; the supporting part is positioned on the outer side of the annular track part and used for fixing the whole drilling mechanism; the controller is separately connected to the annular track part, the radial track part, the drill bit part, and the supporting part. The drilling arrangement device is scientific and reasonable in structural design and high in automation degree, and resolves the problem that by a traditional mode, full-section drilling of a model experimental tunnel is difficult; the precision and the efficiency of drilling are high, full-section coverage of the model experiment and drilling at any position by the drilling mechanism can be realized, and the device is suitable for experimental models with various specifications.
