摘要
•Calcium phosphate phases have been successfully obtained at low temperatures on the surface of films prepared on titanium implant disks after soaking in simulated body fluid solution.•Analysis of the DRIFT spectra showed that the calcium phosphate phases were formed with high yield and speed in the film annealed at low temperature.•Dibasic calcium phosphate dehydrate and dibasic calcium phosphate phases confirmed by XPS analysis.•This result is very interesting, as it allows the use of sol-gel coatings containing bioactive molecules such as enzymes, proteins, growth factors, among others that would be inactivated at high temperatures.
