EUS-guided gastroenterostomy (EUS-GE) has become an established technique for the palliation of malignant gastric outlet obstruction (GOO). The majority of studies on EUS-GE utilized a 15mm lumen apposing metal stent (LAMS). More recently, a 20 mm LAMS has become available. Although the larger stent provides an increase of 77% of luminal area, it is unknown how both stents compare in terms of efficacy and safety.
