摘要

•The AuNPs/PB/MWCNTs-COOH/GCE was fabricated in a simple manner.•The synergistic effect enabled a high electrocatalytic activity towards BPF.•The senor showed excellent electrocatalytic activity toward purine bases of cells.•The quantitative detection and cytotoxicity assessment of BPF was achieved.
