Lung ultrasound in COVID-19: Insights from the frontline and research experiences
European Journal of Internal Medicine(2021)
摘要
•B-lines, fragmented pleural line, consolidations frequently coexist in Covid pneumonia.•B-lines, often multifocal, are early detectable; consolidations are usually late findings.•LUS shows a high diagnostic accuracy, to be interpreted considering pre-test probability.•LUS score seems to predict adverse outcome and to add information for a safe discharge.•Execution and scoring protocols vary widely, evidencing a need for standardization.
