Integrating Endovascular and Operative Intervention in Trauma

•Patterns of utilization of the hybrid operating room (hybrid-OR) in trauma have not been adequately described.•This study describes the integration of endovascular and operative interventions in trauma using a hybrid-OR.•The hybrid-OR enables different services and different modalities to be used to achieve trauma care delivery in the same location.•Currently, the hybrid-OR is primarily used for management of lower extremity vascular injury.•Improved utilization of the hybrid-OR would include damage control and solid-organ procedures.
