The invention relates to a diamond-based photoelectric detector preparation method, which comprises the steps of adopting a diamond as a substrate, processing the surface of the diamond into a graphite electrode by means of laser, constructing a diamond photoelectric detector, wherein the graphite electrode is an interdigital electrode or/and an annular electrode, and directly constructing a photoelectric detector array or a detector array on the diamond by means of laser scanning, wherein the photoelectric detector electrode is formed from graphite. The diamond-based photoelectric detector preparation method has the beneficial effects that: the surface of the diamond is processed by means of laser, and the processed diamond generates graphite to serve as the electrode of the diamond-basedphotoelectric detector; the graphite electrode is convenient and simple to prepare, has good contact with the diamond, is tightly combined, and is corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant; electrodes of different patterns can be prepared by means of laser scanning, so as to construct photoelectric detectors of different structures and different sizes; and the photoelectric detector array constructed by adopting the diamond-based photoelectric detector preparation method has the advantages of high sensitivity, fast response speed and good stability.
