Features Of The Microstructure Of A Number Of Soft Ferroelectric Materials With Various Electrophysical Parameters

The present paper is devoted to the study on the dielectric properties and microstructure of samples of multicomponent ceramics of the PZT system with various Curie temperatures. The coexistence of two ferroelectric phases is shown. They behave differently during the poling process. The temperature dependence of the dielectric permittivity of pooled samples of compositions near the morphotropic phase boundary exhibits anomalies below the Curie temperature.
