Introduction: Therapeutic mammaplasty (TM) facilitates large tumour resection whilst maintaining optimal aesthetic outcome. It carries higher wound complication risks, which may delay the initiation of adjuvant therapy. The impact of this delay on oncological outcome requires evaluation.
