Abstract
提出一种基于调频连续波干涉测量技术的膜片式法布里-珀罗(F-P)腔液位传感器.根据调频连续波干涉技术液位测量体系理论制作液位传感器,搭建液位测量系统,并对其进行线性度、灵敏度和分辨率等测试.实验结果表明,调频连续波液位传感器液位测量的线性度为0.99998,液位测量的灵敏度为465 nm/mm,分辨率约为33.998 nm,对应的液位值为0.0731 mm,而且具有很好的稳定性、重复性和迟滞性.因此,所设计的调频连续波光纤液位传感器可以实现高精度且稳定的液位测量.
