Abstract
•We have developed a novel PTMC/KHA/VH microsphere scaffolds.•The scaffold can provide drug release and excellent biocompatibility.•Decrease the water absorption and weight loss of the PTMC/HA scaffold.•The scaffold offered a porosity, degradation controllability, mechanical properties.•PTMC/KHA/VH scaffold can effectively stimulate bone defect regeneration.
