Abstract
为了研究海南狗牙花Ervatamia hainanensis枝叶中的生物碱类成分,利用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、ODS、HPLC等柱色谱分离纯化方法,从海南狗牙花枝叶中分离得到了6个化合物,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定了它们的结构,分别为10-hydroxy-demethylhirsuteine (1),3R-羟基冠狗牙花碱(3R-hydroxycoronaridine,2),3-(2-羰丙基)-冠狗牙花碱[3-(2-oxopropyl) coronari-dine,3],pandine (4),16-epi-vobasine(5),16-epi-vobasinic acid (6).化合物1为一个新的单萜吲哚类生物碱,化合物5和6为首次从海南狗牙花中分离得到.
