Abstract
利用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20和半制备HPLC等色谱技术对乳香Boswellia carterii的化学成分进行研究.通过理化性质和MS,NMR,UV,IR等谱学数据共鉴定了5个西松烷型二萜类化合物,分别为(1S,2E,4R,5S,7E,11E)-4-甲氧基-5-羟基西松烷(1)、(1R*,4R*,5E,8E,12E,15E)-4-羟基西松-5,8,12,15-四烯(2)、西松烷A(3)、(3S,4S,7R)-4-羟基西松烷(4)、pavidol-ide D(5).其中化合物1为新化合物,通过计算ECD确定了其绝对构型.化合物2,4,5均为首次从该植物中分离得到.化合物2对人肝癌细胞HepG2的增殖具有一定的抑制作用.
