摘要

•Onyx has been reported to be able to cure dAVFs without adjunctive techniques.•Complete occlusion is difficult to obtain in complicated dAVF with multiple feeders.•The damp and push technique is novel technique to use Onyx with reducing shunt flow.•This technique gave good and safe results in treatment of complicated dAVFs.
