Immunological memory and neutralizing activity to a single dose of COVID-19 vaccine in previously infected individuals

•Vaccine elicited immune response in majority of the individuals.•Previously infected individuals showed higher neutralizing antibody response.•Higher memory cell response seen in previously infected individuals.•Single dose vaccination in previously exposed individuals is an efficient strategy.•Such a strategy enables larger population coverage.
