Navigating The Job Market With Gender Research

The marketing job market can cause feelings of uncertainty and fear among young scholars who are studying gender and sexuality dynamics in the marketplace. In this commentary, I provide recommendations for successfully making it through the job market. In particular, I give guidance on maintaining confidence when navigating the job market, positioning your contributions within the field of marketing, and identifying the culture of the schools to which you are applying. I use my own experience successfully preparing for and navigating the 2019 job market.
