摘要
Recent studies showed that RIP kinase functions as the crossroads for cell survival, death, apoptosis and necroptosis. Receptor interacting protein 1(RIP1), the irst member of the RIP family, plays a key role in regulation of cell signaling transduction. It is important to elucidate the structure, biological function and the role of RIP1 in programmed cell death.
