摘要

•10 mol.% Nb doped BaFeO3–δ (BFNb) was investigated as IT-SOFC cathode.•BFNb cathode exhibits a low Rp of 0.102 Ω cm2 at 700 °C.•Rate-limiting step of ORR at BFNb cathode was identified by EIS fitting.•Single cell with BFNb cathode exhibits a Pmax of 397 mW cm−2 at 700 °C.•10 mol.% Nb stabilized BaFeO3–δ exhibits good long-term stability.
