It is difficult to measure or accurately simulate the electromagnetic environment of large ships. In this paper, the parallel higher-order method of moments (HOMoM) which using bilinear quadrilateral patches modeling the objects is adopted to solve this problem. The higher-order method of moments(HOMoM) can provide very high numerical accuracy, and its computational capability has been significantly improved by utilizing the parallel computing technique, which make it possible to accurately simulate complex electromagnetic systems composed of large ship and antenna radar. The calculation accuracy of the algorithm is verified through calculating an antenna unit, firstly. Then, the radiation pattern of a large array antenna that consists of 5040 units is calculated. Finally, the large array was erected on the ship, and the near-field distribution above the ship's deck was calculated.
