摘要
Composite materials (CMs) containing Tb 3+ ions and silver bromide, based on matrices of high-silica nanoporous glasses, are synthesized. It is found that the samples, depending on the conditions of their synthesis, possess UV (λ lum = 310 nm at λ exc = 266 nm) and blue-green (λ lum = 400–545 nm at λ exc = 316–375 nm) luminescence due to the presence of silicon defect centers and the presence of paired Ag + –Ag + centers, Tb 3+ ions, and isolated Ag + ions. The concentration distribution of the elements over the thickness of the samples is established by the method of energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy.
