Abstract
•TiO2-SiOR films were prepared by the anhydrous sol-gel method for LSC.•Photoluminescence of Eu3+ and Ru(bpy)32+ were measured, excited by different lights.•Ru(bpy)32+ doped hybrid films emitted ~588 nm light, excited by different lights.•The decomposition temperature of Ru(bpy)32+ doped hybrid films was ~407 °C.
