A cross-sectional study was conducted at college of nursing,Sultan Qaboos University. The majority of nursing students held optimistic attitudes about the successful control ofCOVID-19 (78.5%) and the ability of Oman to conquer the virus (75.5%). While 87.7% of nursing studentsstayed away from crowded places, only 47.9% wore a mask when leaving their homes. Predictors of goodknowledge included being a clinical student, wearing a mask while leaving home, and having a positiveattitude about controlling the pandemic (p<0.001).
