摘要
The invention belongs to the technical field of electronic materials, and relates to an electromagnetic wave-absorbing material with performance of improving oblique incidence. The electromagnetic wave-absorbing material comprises a metal substrate and an electromagnetic wave-absorbing material layer arranged on the metal substrate. The electromagnetic wave-absorbing material is characterized in that the electromagnetic wave-absorbing material layer is composed of wave-absorbing units arranged periodically, each wave-absorbing unit comprises an electromagnetic wave-absorbing material body with a round through hole, and metal thin films are arranged in the through holes in the direction of the metal substrate. The incident angle ranges from 0 degree to 45 degrees, and the wave absorption performance of the wave absorption structure in a TE polarization mode and a TM polarization mode is improved, especially in the TM polarization mode.
