Abstract
大脑皮层中存在三大类γ-氨基丁酸(γ-aminobutyric acid, GABA)能抑制性神经元,分别表达小清蛋白(parvalbumin, pv)、生长抑素(somatostatin,SOM)和5-羟色胺受体亚基3A (5-hydroxytryptamine receptor 3A,Htr3a).其中Htr3a阳性(Htr3a+)神经元主要起源于尾侧神经节隆起(caudal ganglionic eminence,CGE),包含基因表达、形态、电生理特性和环路连接等方面高度异质的多种亚型.本文从以上各方面对Htr3a+神经元的特性及其环路功能进行总结,并介绍现有的研究Htr3a+神经元常用的小鼠工具.
