摘要

Human bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stromal cells (BM-MSCs) injected into an ex-vivo pediatric cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) circuit did not interfere with oxygenator function. No adhesion of BM-MSCs were observed on the arterial filter mesh that is integrated with the oxygenator. BM-MSCs significantly increased circulating plasma interleukin-6 level.
