摘要

•Voice features from a large sample of clinical depressive patients were analyzed.•Mel-frequency cepstrum coefficient i-vectors were extracted.•The i-vector method can improve the effectiveness in identifying depression.•The i-vector method is robustness to utterance longer than 40 s.
