Robotic-Assisted Sigmoid Colectomy And En Bloc Partial Cystectomy With Close Ureteric Dissection - A Video Vignette

We report our approach in a 50-year-old male with a rectosigmoid adenocarcinoma found to be adherent to the left pelvic side wall and bladder intra-operatively. He presented with rectal bleeding. Colonoscopy demonstrated a rectosigmoid tumour. Staging found bilateral metastatic lung nodules. He was treated with FOLFOX chemotherapy and 8 weeks later underwent robotic-assisted sigmoid colectomy and en-bloc partial cystectomy.
