摘要
•Adrenomedullin (AM) is a vasoactive peptide that preserve endothelial integrity.•Its role in hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia (HHT) is unknown.•Serum AM levels and AM immunohistochemistry on biopsies of cutaneous telangiectasia were compared between HHT patients and controls.•Higher serum levels and tissue expression of AM were detected in patients with HHT than in healthy controls.
