Application of compound in treating or preventing mountain sickness

The invention provides application of a compound with the general formula I as shown in the specification or pharmaceutically-acceptable salt thereof in preparation of a pharmaceutical composition fortreating mountain sickness. According to the application, the mountain sickness is selected from acute mountain sickness or chronic mountain sickness generated in an altitude environment with the altitude of 2000 m or above.
