The embodiment of the invention discloses a mechanical structure and an engineering vehicle for a vehicle hauling system. The mechanical structure and the engineering vehicle for the vehicle hauling system comprises a vehicle-body supporting framework, a fuel system supporting structure, a motor storage battery supporting structure, an eight-wheel driving structure and a driving wheel spring structure. The fuel system supporting structure and the motor storage battery supporting structure are arranged in the vehicle-body supporting framework. The eight-wheel driving structure and the driving wheel spring structure are arranged on the lower portion of the vehicle-body supporting framework. The eight-wheel driving structure comprises eight driving wheels and eight driving arms corresponding to the eight driving wheels. The driving wheel spring structure is arranged on the upper portions of the eight driving wheels. According to the embodiment of the invention, the mechanical structure and the engineering vehicle for the vehicle hauling system are provided, so that the engineering vehicle with the vehicle hauling system can operate on a nonproducing pipeline stably, and more accurate detecting data can be acquired.
