The method includes that a database server of a disease preventing-and-controlling center collects syndromic surveillance information in real time from a health system intranet server, an illness absent system, a medicine sales management system and a hotel syndromic surveillance client; the disease preventing-and-controlling center receives and checks syndromic surveillance pro-warning information; and an on-line application server of the disease preventing-and-controlling center performs statistic and analysis of the syndromic surveillance information and the syndromic surveillance pro-warning information and then returns statistic analyzed information to the health system intranet server, the illness absent system, the medicine sales management system and the hotel syndromic surveillance client. Through the Internet, direct reporting system can perform statistics and analysis of the syndromic surveillance information in real time and can return the statistic analyzed information. The direct reporting system and the direct reporting method have practicability, acceptability, portability, stability, promptness and low cost.
