摘要
The invention discloses preparation of iron ion doped carbon quantum dots as well as the obtained iron ion doped carbon quantum dots and application thereof. The iron ion doped carbon quantum dots areobtained by dispersing a carbon source, a nitrogen source and an iron source into an organic solvent for carrying out a solvothermal reaction; a preparation method of the iron ion doped carbon quantum dots is simple, and a simple mixed heating reaction is only performed without introduction of complex functional groups for organic reaction, so that the preparation method is suitable for industrial application; furthermore, the obtained iron ion doped carbon quantum dots have very high fluorescence quantum yield, and the maximum fluorescence quantum yield reaches up to 97.8%; the iron ion doped carbon quantum dots have good fluorescence property in an organic solvent, and the fluorescence intensity is obviously quenched after a small amount of water is added into the iron ion doped carbonquantum dots, so that the iron ion doped carbon quantum dots can be used for detecting the water content in the organic solvent; the limit of detection of the iron ion doped carbon quantum dots can reach 0.01%.
