Abstract
The invention discloses a self-doped TiO2 nanotube electrode, and a preparation method and an application thereof, belonging to the field of electrocatalytic oxidation. The preparation method comprises the following steps: subjecting titanium metal to anodizing treatment, allowing the surface of the titanium metal to grow TiO2 nanotubes, then calcining an obtained material, when the calcined material is cooled, placing the cooled material under a low voltage, and carrying out anodizing again so as to obtain a TiO2 nanotube electrode; and subjecting the obtained TiO2 nanotube electrode to cathodic treatment so as to obtain the self-doped TiO2 nanotube electrode. The self-doped TiO2 nanotube electrode provided by the invention can be used as an electrocatalytic anode for electrooxidation oftypical nondegradable aromatic compounds, and the electrooxidation efficiency of the self-doped TiO2 nanotube electrode is significantly superior to the electrooxidation efficiency of a commercial electrode in the market.
