Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of biology, and particularly relates to a method for promoting rapid germination of paris polyphylla seeds. The method specifically comprises removing seedcoat; soaking with a sodium tungstate solution for 10-14 hours; soaking with hydrogen peroxide for 6-10 hours; soaking with a potassium nitrate solution and a gibberellin solution for 36-48 hours; soaking with hydrogen peroxide for 6-10 hours for the second time; then soaking with the potassium nitrate solution and the gibberellin solution for 36-48 hours for the second time; soaking with alcoholfor 25-30 seconds; continuing to soak with a mercury bichloride solution for 6-10 minutes, washing, drying in a sterile environment, and inoculating to a 1/2MS culture medium, wherein the inoculationarea is larger than or equal to 0.09cm /seed. The method has universal applicability to the paris genus seeds; the germination is early, and the germination rate is high, wherein the germination starts on the 30th day, and the average germination rate on the 60th day can be 80% or more. The method fully utilizes the physiological characteristics of the paris polyphylla seeds, and is simple to operate and low in costs of raw materials, and can be popularized to practical application.
