Tuberkuloz, Turkiye gibi gelismekte olan ulkelerde onemli bir halk sagligi problemidir. Genital tuberkulozun uc ana semptomu infertilite, pelvik agri ve menstruel degisikliklerdir. Tanida biyopsi orneginin histolojik incelenmesinde kazeifiye granulomlarin gorulmesi patognomoniktir. Bu makalede, yasi ve klinik bulgulari nedeniyle maligniteyi taklit eden genital tuberkuloz vakasi literatur esliginde tartisilacaktir. Abstract: Tuberculosis in developing countries such as Turkey is an important public health problem. The three main symptoms of genital tuberculosis are infertility, pelvic pain, and menstrual changes. The presence of caseified granulomas in the histological examination of the biopsy specimen in diagnosis is pathognomonic. In this article, the case of genital tuberculosis mimicking malignancy due to its age and clinical findings will be discussed with the literature.
