Active power control strategy for promoting transient stability of high-permeability wind-power-access power grid

The invention discloses an active power control strategy for promoting transient stability of a high-permeability wind-power-access power grid, which promotes supporting capacity on primary frequencymodulation when a wind generation set and a wind power field disturb a power system so as to promote transient stability of a high-permeability wind-power-access power system. The strategy comprises three aspects that: 1, based on doubly-fed type wind generation set vector control, a wind generation set primary frequency modulation additional controller which considers a wind velocity change, a frequency error and a frequency change rate is designed; 2, according to different running characteristics of each set in the wind power field and supporting capacity of each set on primary frequency modulation, a characteristic matrix of each set is calculated; and 3, a wind-power power optimization prediction algorithm is proposed, a predicted output and a planned output are compared, when an output of the wind power field is limited, active power is subjected to optimal distribution in consideration of supporting capacity of the wind generation set on primary frequency modulation, and when the output of the wind power field is not limited, the wind generation set adopts a maximum power tracking control strategy of increasing primary frequency modulation additional control.
