The invention discloses a wind power plant power generation capacity assessment method based on multiple method data fusion, and specifically comprises the following steps of calculating the theoretical output of a wind power plant respectively through a marker post fan method, a wind speed correcting method and a theoretical output restore table method; carrying out filter processing on each group of theoretical output through a kalman filter; carrying out kalman data fusion processing on each set of kalman filtering estimation, and finally obtaining the final theoretical output of the wind power plant. The method disclosed by the invention can effectively solve the problem of wind discarding, a guarantee is provided for evaluating the power generation capability of the whole wind power plant, and the analysis error can be effectively reduced.
