The invention discloses a multi-element partition coordination control optimization method based on a wind power cluster access power grid, on the basis of studying the influence of wind power accessing on the system peak shaving characteristic, the main factors of wind power blocking are analyzed, and a peak shaving area is divided by considering the output section constraint of the cluster windpower, and the minimum wind power curtailment and the maximum wind power output channel utilization rate are taken as the target, and a multi-element coordination peak shaving model in the region is established by comprehensively considering the load operation characteristics in the region and the peak shaving operation characteristic of each type of power supply, the blocked electric quantity ofthe wind power can be effectively reduced, and the channel utilization rate can be improved, and the guidance is provided for the problems of wind power obstruction and excessive channel idle rate.
