摘要
Seborrheic dermatitis (SD) is a common chronic inflammatory condition characterized by flaky, pruritic, erythematous patches in areas of high sebaceous gland concentration. Crisaborole is a topical phosphodiesterase 4 inhibitor currently approved for the treatment of mild to moderate atopic dermatitis. It is generally well-tolerated, and most common adverse effects include burning/stinging, erythema, and pruritus, all of which are mild and transient. The efficacy and tolerability of topical crisaborole 2% ointment was assessed for facial SD.
