Abstract
The invention relates to a real-time monitoring device for the weld pool dynamic process and a using method of the real-time monitoring device. According to the real-time monitoring device for the weld pool dynamic process and the using method of the real-time monitoring device, the technical problems that the dynamic process inside a weld pool cannot be observed in the prior art, the influence ofthe welding environment is large, and the operation is inconvenient are solved. The real-time monitoring device for the weld pool dynamic process comprises a control system, an X-ray emission system,a welding system and an imaging system, wherein the X-ray emission system, the welding system and the imaging system are correspondingly connected with the control system, the welding system comprises a welding gun and a welding gun moving platform. In the welding process, after X-rays emitted by the X-ray emission system penetrate through a weld pool area on the surface of a welding workpiece, X-ray images of the weld pool area are formed, moreover, meanwhile, the X-ray images of the weld pool area are projected into the imaging system, the imaging system converts the collected X-ray imagesinto visible light images and then transmits the visible light images to the control system, and dynamic process images of the weld pool area is obtained. The real-time monitoring device for the weldpool dynamic process and the using method of the real-time monitoring device are widely applied to the field of welding process monitoring.
