Network bioinformatics analysis provides insight into drug repurposing for COVID-19

•Network bioinformatics provides for rapid therapy research during an epidemic.•This approach identified 34 genes, 24 pathways and 5 modules related to COVID-19.•At last, 30 potentially repurposable drugs have been proposed for further tests.
