搜集整理近5年针刺麻醉应用于甲状腺手术的相关临床研究文献,综述针刺麻醉应用于甲状腺手术选穴配穴、其优势及相关研究进展等.在甲状腺手术中应用针刺麻醉,镇痛效果较好,可减少应激反应、不良反应及并发症的发生,利于患者术后康复.但存在缺乏规范操作的缺陷,今后规范化操作可使针刺麻醉得到更广泛使用和推广.
