Development of ultrasound-assisted mixture extraction and online extraction solution concentration coupled with countercurrent chromatography for the preparation of pure phytochemicals from Phellinus vaninii

•A novel ultrasound-assisted centrifugal extraction (UACE) was established.•A novel online solvent concentration (OSC) was successfully established.•The mechanisms of online UACE coupling to OSC and 2DCCC were elaborated.•The preparation efficiency of the chemical components was promoted dramatically.•The technique mentioned above was highly automated.
