Momentos de Bessel-Fourier de orden fraccional para el análisis de imágenes a color.

This work presents a new set of fractional order orthogonal moments defined in polar coordinates to analyze color and grayscale images. We propose a new kernel through the fractional order of the first-order Bessel functions. Also, the properties and characteristics of the proposed new family of moments are analyzed. Finally, the experimental results are presented to demonstrate the performance of the proposed descriptors compared to the existing ones.
