•Advanced mesh morphing based on radial basis functions allows to move the walls of the CFD domains according to FEA results.•A fast and accurate approach to tackle complex one way fluid structure interaction.•A detailed multi-physic study of a prosthetic heart valve CFD simulation is presented.•The same mesh topology is kept for a complex simulation with moving walls.
